Her career trajectory continued upward as she became a property manager for a Section 8 multi-family community and subsequently managed a substantial conventional portfolio of 1,600 single-family homes across 12 zip codes. Marcella excelled in maintaining high occupancy rates and ensuring satisfaction for both property owners and residents. Recognizing the unique challenges in property management, Marcella founded Venant Services LLC in 2019 to offer specialized support to management companies.
