1. Leasing Services
- Service Fee: $795.00 one time fee per unit
- With Full Service Contract: This rate includes comprehensive services as outlined in the contract for new move-ins only.
- Without Full Service Contract: This rate applies to individual services without an ongoing commitment.
- Includes tenant screening, lease preparation, and property showings.
- Renewals fee: $150.00 per unit
2. Inspections
- Service Fee: $75.00 per unit
- Includes routine inspections, move-in/move-out inspections, and condition reports.
3. Administrative Duties
- Service Fee: $49.99 per month for every 5 units
- Covers document management, correspondence, and record-keeping.
4. Tenant Communications
- Service Fee: $49.99 per month for every 5 units
- Handles all interactions with residents, including requests and inquiries.
5. Notice Management
- Service Fee: $49.99 per month for every 5 units
- Manages the issuance of all necessary notices to tenants.
6. Full Leasing & Management Support
Service Fee: $75.00 monthly per unit
(In addition to new move-in leasing fee)
Additional Information
( One-Time Service Rate: This fee applies to individual services provided on a per-occasion basis, with no ongoing commitment required). Twelve month contract required for full management support.
